I had an issue with this business, DSB. I purchased a pair of 215/75R17.5 tires on May 29th and installed them myself, as my trailer was located far away from DSB's premises. On May 30th, I hit the road, and after just 100 miles, the tires were completely ruined. We contacted the owner through one of his employees (who, incidentally, wasn't very helpful). When I finally spoke with the owner—explaining that his business had provided his phone number and that I had been told he could help resolve the situation—he responded with extreme arrogance. He proceeded to ask if I realized I was speaking to the *owner*—not just one of his mechanics—as if to imply that I shouldn't have expected him to be the one to fix my problem. We explained the situation to him, and he stated that he wanted to speak with the person who had installed the tires so he could investigate. In short: $460 thrown down the drain on extremely poor-quality tires, all thanks to DSB. The reason for replacing the tires was to ensure greater safety; however, I certainly wasn't counting on receiving these disposable tires. I hope DSB can propose a reasonable solution.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at DSB Tires. I purchased tires from them, and by the very next day the tires were shredded and unusable. When I returned seeking assistance, a refund, or some type of adjustment, my concerns were dismissed. I was told the problem was caused by the trailer’s axle. However, my trailer is well maintained, and I find it difficult to understand how tires could become destroyed within a day of purchase without any responsibility being taken by the business. Rather than working with me to find a fair solution, the blame was immediately shifted elsewhere. I do want to recognize Chris, one of the assistants, who was kind, respectful, and professional throughout the interaction. He listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with Eric, the owner, was very different. I felt that instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, he became defensive and seemed more focused on proving he was right than helping resolve the issue. As a customer who had just spent money on tires that failed almost immediately, I expected better customer service and a willingness to work toward a reasonable solution. Poor customer service. I came to simply have my spare put on my truck and instead of informing me that there tech wasn’t there. DSB decided to waist an hour of my time and tell me so after having waited for an hour. This place seem reputable but the customer service and quality is majorly lacking

Great group of guys, they were pretty quick in getting our steering tire replaced as well as fixing a drive tire. They saved us a lot of money which I am thankful our friend shared their information with us. Will continue to buy tires and get them serviced here.

Great customer service! Got my semi trailer in and repaired my tire in no time. Digital receipt was super easy to forward to my dispatcher. Lucky I found this one!
